- In case of booking modifications, it should be proceeded through the ‘Modify’ appointment
button.
Chat windows are purely meant for appointment clarifications and should not be used to
fix bookings.
- Any appointments made through the chat window will lead to account deactivation.
- In case of appointment cancellations, a time limit of two (2) hours prior to the appointment is
applicable without charge on all cancellations. If you don't show up for an appointment, your
card will still be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- All payments are to be charged only after each appointment completion
- We have implemented timely reminders to keep you and your bookings up-to-date and
stress-free so kindly don’t miss them ��
- MyBarber has no obligation to provide refunds or credits but may grant them in extenuating
circumstances, as a result of specific refund guarantee promotions, or to correct any errors
made by the App, in each case at MyBarber's sole discretion.
- When the barbershops open an account on the App, they certify that they are a valid legal
entity. MyBarber does not independently confirm that Professionals are licensed to perform
the Grooming Services offered by them on the App.
- The booking of appointments is a contract between the customer and the barber. The App is a
facilitating platform and is not liable for any disputes between the barber and the customer.
- MyBarber does not have control over, and is not liable for, the quality and timing of any
Grooming Services are provided by the Barber.
- Your use of the services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all of the terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions.
